## Before you send

* ✓ Ensure your SingaPay balance has sufficient funds to cover the disbursement amount plus applicable fees.
* ✓ Use the account validation API to verify a recipient's bank account before sending — this reduces the risk of failed transfers.
* ✓ Add your server IP to the IP whitelist under **Credentials → IP Address Configuration** — required for balance inquiry and disbursement API calls.
* ✓ Always include your internal reference ID `merchant_reff_no` on every transfer to simplify reconciliation.
