Documents required for all business types

NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha)Your company’s business registration number issued by the OSS system.
NPWPCompany tax identification number. Must match the registered business name.
KTP (Director)National ID card of the company director or authorised signatory.
Company deed (Akta Pendirian)The company’s deed of establishment and any amendments.
SK KemenkumhamMinistry of Law and Human Rights ratification letter for the company deed.
Settlement bank accountA corporate bank account in the company’s name for receiving settlements. Personal accounts are not accepted.

Additional documents (may be requested)

  • Business license specific to your industry (e.g. SIUP, OJK license for fintech)
  • Proof of address for your registered business location
  • Website or application URL where payments will be integrated
  • Sample screenshots or description of the customer payment flow
You can access the sandbox environment and begin building your integration immediately after account creation — before document verification is complete. Documents are only required when activating your production account.

Verification timeline

Document review typically takes 1–3 working days from submission. Our compliance team may follow up for additional information, so submitting complete documents upfront helps speed up the process. Your dedicated account manager will guide you through every step.

To begin the self onboarding process, directly register into our sandbox page link and follow the application flow. Otherwise, reach out to our team at cs@singapay.id. Once your merchant profile is created, your account manager will send you the full document submission form.
