Sandbox Mode vs. Production Mode
Your dashboard operates in two distinct modes. Understanding the difference is essential before you start creating any transactions.π§ͺ Sandbox Mode
A safe sandbox environment where all transactions use virtual funds. Nothing here touches real money or real bank accounts. Use it to explore features, build your integration, and run end-to-end tests before going production.
π’ Production Mode
Your production environment. All transactions here involve real money and real customers. Production Mode becomes available only after your merchant account has been fully verified and activated.
When you switch between modes, the toggle only applies to your own dashboard session β your team membersβ modes are unaffected. Switching back to Sandbox Mode from Production Mode will never erase your production transaction history.
How to switch modes
Click your business name
Find your business name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, under your logo.
Toggle the mode
Click Switch to Sandbox Mode or Switch to Production Mode as needed. The current mode is always shown in the bottom-left corner.
Dashboard sections
π Home
A summary of recent transaction activity, your current balance, and quick links to the most common actions β creating a virtual account, generating a payment link, or initiating a disbursement.
π³ Payment
A full, filterable log of all incoming payments β by product type, account, date range, and status.
πΈ Disbursements
View and manage all outbound transfers β bank disbursements and e-wallet pay outs β along with their current status and recipient details.
π¦ Accounts
Create and manage your sub-accounts, view individual account balances, and control account status (active / inactive).
π Reports
Access balance statements, settlement reports, and transaction histories. Filter by period and account, then export in CSV format.
βοΈ Settings
Manage your API credentials, configure webhook endpoints, set up IP whitelisting for balance inquiry, and update your business profile and settlement bank account.
Your business and profile details
To view or update your business information, navigate to Profile. The details you submitted during onboarding are displayed here. If you need to update core business information (such as company name or settlement bank account), contact your account manager or email cs@singapay.id.Managing your team
SingaPay supports multiple dashboard users under a single merchant account. You can invite team members and assign roles that control what each person can see and do β for example, giving your finance team read-only access to reports without access to API credentials. To add a team member, go to Management β Team Management and send an invitation by email.API credentials
Yourclient_id and client_secret are generated in the dashboard under Developer Tools β Credentials. Keep your client_secret private β treat it like a password. If you suspect it has been compromised, you can rotate your HMAC Validation Key from the same settings page.
