Charge customers automatically on a recurring schedule — weekly, monthly, or any cycle you define. SingaPay supports subscription billing via Credit Card and GoPay, so you tokenize once and let the platform handle the rest.

What is subscription billing?

Subscription billing lets you collect recurring payments without requiring customers to approve each individual charge. On the first transaction, the customer provides their card details or authorizes their GoPay wallet. From that point, SingaPay charges automatically on your defined schedule — daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals. This is essential for SaaS platforms, membership sites, insurance premiums, and any business built on predictable recurring revenue. Singapay supports two recurring payment models: A. Plan-Based Subscription Model Merchants create billing plans, while customers review and authorize their payment methods through a Singapay-hosted page. Singapay automatically executes scheduled recurring charges according to the configured plan. Features include:
  • No-code integration
  • Custom billing intervals
  • Introductory discounts
  • Free trial periods
  • Plan upgrades and downgrades
  • Automatic retry for failed payments
  • Payment reminders
B. Token-Based Authorization Model Customers authorize and bind their payment methods through Singapay. After authorization, Singapay returns an authorization token that merchants can use to initiate future charges independently. Features include:
  • Flexible billing amounts
  • Custom billing schedules
  • Long authorization validity periods
  • High transaction limits
