What is a balance statement?

A balance statement is a chronological record of every movement in your SingaPay balance. Each entry shows the transaction type, amount, running balance, and a timestamp. Think of it as your SingaPay bank statement — a complete audit trail of where every rupiah came from and where it went.

What’s included

Payment receivedFunds credited from a completed customer payment (VA, QRIS, card, e-wallet).
Disbursement sentFunds debited when you initiate a bank transfer or e-wallet pay out.
Fee deductedSingaPay transaction and processing fees applied per transaction.
Settlement transferredNet funds transferred to your nominated bank account on the settlement cycle.
Refund issuedFunds returned to a customer and debited from your balance.

Two levels of visibility

  • Merchant-level: The aggregate balance across all sub-accounts owned by your merchant profile.
  • Account-level: The individual balance for a specific sub-account, including its own pending funds.

Exporting balance statements

Navigate to Statement in the dashboard. Select the date range and account, then export to CSV. For automated exports, use the Balance Statement API endpoint to pull entries programmatically on any schedule.
